IT Admin:

• Act as an IT Analyst team who is responsible for all issues service desk can’t resolve over the phone

• Manage Ministry of Environment and Agriculture for their IT needs, Endpoint Protection system

• Branch network, new user account set up, server configuring, access permissions approval

• Troubleshoot on-prem exchange server issues, Office 365 and Azure cloud troubleshooting

Team Lead:

• Responsible for timely deployments for Govt of Saskatchewan – Next Generation Desktop and MDM – Mobile Device Management solution for Government Executives including post deployment remedies

• Lead the team of deployment technicians and manage province wide operation successfully

• Management of deployment incident response to include documentation, staff training, mock exercises and resource coordination during deployment of new systems and support services
